Alessandra Mariotti | Holistic Food Chef and Recipe Developer
Alessandra Mariotti is a Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef whose work blends culinary artistry with a deeply holistic approach to nourishment. Rooted in the Tramuntana Mountains of Mallorca, she creates seasonal, plant-based dishes that honour sustainability, local culture, and the healing power of food.
Her culinary journey began in Florence, where she trained at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy before immersing herself in the world of innovative fine dining. She went on to work in Michelin-starred kitchens, including under Chef Andreu Genestra in his acclaimed farm-to-fork restaurants in Mallorca. These experiences shaped her philosophy of cooking with intention—respecting ingredients, the land, and the people who cultivate them.
Alessandra later expanded into holistic nutrition through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), bringing together culinary technique and wellness principles. Her approach is grounded in the belief that food should be both nourishing and joyful, a philosophy refined through her own health journey and a commitment to making wellness accessible through beautiful, flavour-forward cuisine.
As part of the Ora Collective founding team, Alessandra designs holistic recipe content and leads immersive cooking classes that inspire connection, creativity, and mindful eating. She partners with local organic farmers to ensure every dish reflects the purity of seasonal, ethically sourced ingredients.
With a background in fashion design, her eye for colour, texture, and composition gives her food a signature aesthetic that honours both nature and artistry. Alessandra lives in Mallorca, where she develops recipes, consults for restaurants, and collaborates on retreats and dining experiences across the island and beyond.
